The Bank DKI has succeeded in winning the Best Retail Banking Service award for the Regional Development Bank (BPD) category in the Tempo Financial Award held on Thursday (28/11) night.

Bank DKI Secretary Herry Djufraini said this award is a form of customer trust in Bank DKI's products and services.

"This is our motivation to further improve the quality of service to retail customers in the midst of current technological developments," he expressed.

His party will also always develop the best products and services in meeting the needs of the public who wanted modern, safe and comfortable banking services.

One of them is a JakOne Mobile app service product that consists of Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet. It can be used for transactions of daily needs at sellers that work with Bank DKI.

"We also have a combo Debit card that can be used as a means of payment in various public transportation such as Transjakarta, MRT and LRT in the near future," he explained.

As for the consumer loans, the bank has a Multi-Purpose Credit product with competitive interest and KPR Griya Monas. To make it easier for prospective borrowers, there is an E-Form Consumer Loans that allows prospective borrowers to submit credit applications anytime and anywhere.

"In overall, we continue to prioritize the approach to digitizing banking services to customers," he closed.
